SHOPPING INFORMATION WHEN BUYING OUR WINE ONLINE

Please Note: It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use this site to purchase liquor.

The minimum order is six bottles, and the total number of bottles you order must be a multiple of six (eg. 6,12,18 bottles). Once you have finalised your selections and your order meets Artisan's requirements click Checkout. You will need to complete the Shipping Information form. Please, ensure that all form fields are filled in or you will not be able to proceed. Make certain that all details are correct before clicking on the Proceed with my Purchase button.A purchase confirmation will then appear with the details of your order and your receipt number. Use this number in any correspondence with Artisan regarding your order.

Artisan will gladly deliver to all parts of the world, where possible. However, orders are by quotation only. Proceed through the ordering process as normal and you will receive a quotation for the total cost, including shipping, by email. If you choose to accept the quotation, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible thereafter. You are under no obligation to accept the quotation and are completely free to ignore that quotation if it does not meet with your satisfaction. No further processing will take place should you choose not to continue.

At the "Checkout" page you get the choice of paying by credit card or by cheque. To pay by credit card, complete all credit card details and the required form fields, then click on the "Process Order" button. To pay by cheque, enter your name in the specified form fields, and then choose Cheque. Click on Buy Now to submit your order. Cheques to be made payable to Artisan Wines Ltd, and post it to Artisan Wines Ltd, 99 Parrs Cross Road, Oratia, Waitakere 0612, New Zealand. Please note that your order will be dispatched as soon as our bank clears the funds.

We uses Internet-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) channel encryption to protect your credit card information. Support for SSL encryption is built into standard Web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. As soon as you enter our secure environment, you will see a small padlock symbol displayed in either the bottom left hand or right hand corner of your browser window. In the case of some browsers it will be a key symbol.

All deliveries within New Zealand are by Courier and direct to your door. To aviod requirement of a signature on delivery, please fill in the "Special Delivery Instructions". If not filled in we send wine to private addresses with the instruction, "leave at the most secure entry". Any Shortages or Breakages must be reported to Artisan within 24 hours, preferably by email and quoting your receipt number. Please Note: All goods are insured up until the point of delivery.

If you are shipping our products outside of New Zealand, we won't bill your credit card till we have contacted you and confirmed the final shipping cost.

If a wine you have purchased from us is corked or in some way faulty, we will replace it upon your request.
