A not so little brother to the 2005 which attained reserve status. A harmonious and balanced example of Syrah in the Rhone style. Black fruits, black pepper and earthy notes combine with silky tannins in a complex wine with excellent length. Can be drunk now or will cellar for many 6-8 years from vintage. Very limited production.
An excellent wine to have with spicy red meat dishes, casseroles and hearty winter meals.
